Locally owned and operated out of Rockwall, TX, Gearheads Hot Rod Garage originated in California. Living in Orange County gave us a unique market to work with as well as a specific demographic. Many of our competitors, or “builders”, were little more than part installers. Our customers were looking for easy off the shelf installation services that acted more as a show piece than performance enhancement.
Unhappy with the decline in custom work, we decided it was time to make a move to a market that appreciated the hard work, creative design, and honest interest in hot rod performance. Texas was a perfect fit for our team and we have grown over the years to becoming one of the best in the area. The local clientele didn't' disappoint with a surge in new customers ranging from truck enhancements, to car rebuilding projects, and on-going maintenance needs, we hit the ground running in Texas and never looked back.
